Bonus Terms

These Bonus Terms apply to every bonus, free spin and promotion offered by Lethbridge Casino. They work together with our Terms and Conditions and with the specific terms shown alongside each offer. If the specific terms of an offer differ from these general terms, the specific terms apply to that offer. Bonuses are meant to add to your entertainment, and you are never required to accept one.

1. General Rules

  • All bonuses are paid and wagered in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • Bonus funds and winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement and any other conditions have been met.
  • Your real-money balance is used before your bonus balance when you place bets, unless the offer states otherwise.
  • The terms shown with each offer, including wagering, game contributions, maximum bet, maximum conversion and expiry, form part of these Bonus Terms.
  • We may decline to offer a bonus to any player at our discretion, for example where responsible play concerns exist.

2. Who Is Eligible

To claim a bonus you must:

  • Be 19 or older and meet all eligibility rules in our Terms and Conditions.
  • Hold a single, verified account with us.
  • Meet any minimum deposit stated for the offer. Our general minimum deposit is C$10.
  • Not be on a break, cooling-off period or self-exclusion.

Some payment methods or account types may be excluded from particular offers. Any exclusions will be shown with the offer.

3. How to Opt In

Bonuses are not added automatically unless the offer says so. To claim one, choose the bonus on the deposit page or the Offers page before you make your qualifying deposit, or follow the opt-in steps described with the offer. Before you confirm, we show you the full terms. If you prefer to play without a bonus, simply do not opt in. If you have opted in and change your mind before you start wagering the bonus, email support@lethbridgecasino.app and we will remove it.

4. Current Welcome Offer

We offer a welcome package for new players in the form of a first-deposit welcome offer. The current amount, wagering requirement and other conditions are shown on the Offers page and are displayed again before you opt in. Wagering for the welcome offer is as shown with the offer. Please review those terms carefully before you deposit, because they set out exactly what you need to do to convert your bonus to withdrawable funds.

5. Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement is the total amount you must bet before bonus funds, and winnings from them, become withdrawable. The requirement for each bonus is as shown with the offer. For example, if an offer requires you to wager the bonus a set number of times, you multiply the bonus amount by that number to find the total amount you need to bet. Your progress is shown in your account.

6. Game Contributions

Not every game counts the same towards wagering. As a general guide:

  • Slots usually contribute the most, often in full.
  • Table games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat usually contribute at a reduced rate, or not at all.
  • Live dealer games usually contribute at a reduced rate, or not at all.
  • Video poker and other games may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded.
  • Some individual titles, including certain high-return slots and jackpot games, may be excluded entirely.

The exact contribution rates and any excluded games for each bonus are shown with the offer. Bets on excluded games do not count towards wagering, and repeated play on excluded games while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being removed.

7. Maximum Bet While a Bonus Is Active

While you have an active bonus, a maximum bet per spin, hand or round applies. The limit is shown with the offer. Bets above that limit may lead us to remove the bonus and any winnings made with it. The limit also applies to bonus buy features and gamble features within games, which may be restricted while a bonus is active.

8. Maximum Conversion

Some bonuses, including free spins and no-deposit offers, may carry a maximum amount that can be converted from bonus winnings to withdrawable cash. Where this applies, the cap is shown with the offer, and any bonus winnings above it are removed when wagering is completed.

9. Expiry

Each bonus must be claimed and wagered within the time period shown with the offer. If the wagering is not completed in time, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings from it are removed. Free spins not used within their validity period also expire.

10. One Bonus at a Time

You may have only one active bonus at a time. If you are offered another bonus while one is active, the new bonus will be queued or will be available once the current one has been completed, forfeited or has expired, as described with the offer.

11. Withdrawing With an Active Bonus

If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited. Your remaining real-money balance can be withdrawn under our usual rules, with a minimum withdrawal of C$20 and a maximum of C$10,000 per day.

12. Bonus Abuse and Voiding

We want our promotions to be fair for everyone. We may remove a bonus, void related winnings and, in serious cases, close an account if we find:

  • More than one account held by the same person, household, device or payment method to claim offers repeatedly.
  • Betting patterns designed to reduce risk while clearing wagering, such as placing opposing bets or betting on both outcomes.
  • Switching to low-risk play after a large win, or using staking patterns that break the maximum bet rule.
  • Playing excluded games to clear wagering.
  • Organized or group activity to exploit promotions.
  • False details provided during registration or verification.
  • Deposits reversed or charged back after a bonus has been used.

13. Changes to Bonus Terms

We may change, suspend or withdraw any promotion or these Bonus Terms at any time, for example because of legal changes, technical issues or abuse. Changes will not affect bonuses you have already accepted, unless we are required to make the change by law or to prevent fraud.
